Program Goals: The MSPHD’S® Professional Development Program facilitates mentoring and networking activities for minority undergraduate and graduate earth system science and engineering(ESSE) majors; and provides a supportive environment in which participants develop strategies and professional skills necessary to excel in Earth system science and engineering fields.
